Winston Hills Mall offers gift cards to use at specialty retailers within our mall - They are the perfect gift that can be used to purchase fashion, homewares, fresh food and much more! These gift cards can be purchased from our Information Desk (outside Terry White Chemmart).
How do I use it?
Our gift cards simply need to be presented to our retailers when finalising your purchase and used like a regular EFTPOS / Debit Card. Simply select ‘SAVINGS’ and enter the pin code under the scratch panel on the back of the card.
FAQ's
Can I exchange / return / refund my gift card? Unfortunately you are unable to exchange gift cards as they are treated like cash.
Where can gift cards be used or redeemed? Winston Hills Mall gift cards can be redeemed at specialty permanent retailers within Winston Hills Mall. These gift cards cannot be used at Woolworths, BWS, Coles, Liquorland, ALDI, Big W, CottonOn or at temporary pop up stalls (casual tenants) in the mall.
Do I need to use the total value of the gift card in one transaction? No, you can use the gift card as you would a normal EFTPOS / Debit Card with multiple transactions. You can check your balance any time by visiting our Information Desk or completing the form below!
Do our gift cards expire? Our gift cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of activation.
Can my gift card be used immediately after purchasing? No, you need to wait 24 to 48 hours after purchase to allow time for the funds to be loaded on to the card.
Oh no! My gift card has been lost or stolen! Unfortunately, once gift cards are activated, they should be treated like cash; any lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
