CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these Conditions of Entry.
1. Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, and their families, of the Promoter, Winston Hills Mall ("Centre") retailers, or agencies and companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.
2. The promotional period commences 08/08/2023 at 12.00pm and will close 03/09/2022 at 11:59pm.
3. To enter this promotion, customers of Winston Hills Mall must spend a minimum of $50 at The Wild Fishmonger store at Winston Hills Mall. There is no limit on the number of times each customer can enter provided a separate receipt for each purchase is attached to an entry form.
4. Customers can enter by completing the entry form available at The Wild Fishmonger store. The customer must complete an entry form, attach their receipt (from The Wild Fishmonger) as proof of purchase and place into the marked entry box during the promotional period.
5. A barrel draw will take place at 3:00pm on 04/09/22 at Winston Hills Mall. An independent scrutineer will be present to witness the draw take place.
6. The first valid ticket drawn from the barrel will win the prize specified below.
7. If any ticket drawn is deemed to be invalid a redraw will take place. For a ticket to be deemed valid it must meet the following conditions:
a. All fields must be completed on the form in legible print
b. The form must either have a receipt attached which meets the entry conditions, be validated by the retailer The Wild Fishmonger located at Winston Hills Mall or be accompanied by a clear image of their proof of purchase.
8. The prize consists of 1 x Polycraft 300 Tuffy Boat, 10 x boating safety items and accessories plus fishing gear valued at $9,500 total package. The boat on display, is the prize the winner will collect from Winston Hills Mall. Once the prize is drawn, the winner will liaise directly with Winston Hills Mall Centre Management to arrange collection of their prize within 7 days after the promotional end date 03/09/2023. If the winner does not have a suitable vehicle or tow bar for the boat top collect it from Winston Hills Mall then alternative arrangements will need to made by the winner in consultation with Winston Hills Mall Centre Management whereby the winner may incur a small delivery fee.
9. Total prize pool for this promotion is $9,500 including GST.
10. The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 days of the draw taking place. Every effort will be made to contact the winner on the day of the draw taking place. The winner will have 7 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize otherwise a redraw will take place.
11. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in NSW where relevant.
14. The Promoter, and agencies and companies associated with the promotion, will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may enter personal information (i.e. names, addresses, emails and other similar information) relating to each entrant into a database used for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
